Meet Dr. DeRosa

Dr. Timothy DeRosa is a board-certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist serving patients across the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia area. A graduate of Muhlenberg College, he earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. DeRosa completed his adult psychiatry residency at Tower Health and pursued specialized fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. DeRosa’s clinical experience spans a wide range—from treating adults with mood disorders and psychotic illnesses to helping children and adolescents navigate behavioral and emotional challenges. He specializes in conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

With a flexible and patient-centered philosophy, Dr. DeRosa meets individuals where they feel most comfortable—whether in-person at his office or remotely through telehealth. His practice embraces an integrative and accessible approach to mental health, where prescription medication is considered just one of many therapeutic tools.
